FAQs

What are your operating hours?

We’re open Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Yes. Heritage Daycare Center is a Christ‑centered learning environment where biblical values are woven into daily activities and character‑building moments.

  • Infant & Toddler Care (6 weeks – 3 years).
  • Preschool Readiness (3 – 5 years).
  • School‑Age Programs (K – 8th grade), including before and after school, holiday, and summer enrichment.
  • Extracurriculars such as music, dance, drama, foreign languages, and health & wellness classes.

Complete and return all enrollment forms to our Director before your child’s first day. This includes:

    • Family and medical information.
    • Immunization record.
    • Emergency contact details.
    • Infant feeding schedule (if applicable).

We understand emergencies happen, but pickups after 6:30 PM incur a late fee of $10 per child for every 10 minutes. This fee is paid directly to the staff member supervising after hours.

If your child shows symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, contagious conditions, etc.), we’ll contact you immediately. Children must be symptom‑free for 24 hours before returning, and sometimes a doctor’s note is required.

  • All staff are trained in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease Prevention, and Child Abuse Recognition.
  • Secure check‑in/out procedures.
  • Small staff‑to‑child ratios to ensure attentive supervision.
  • Emergency plans & monthly drills for fire and severe weather.

Absolutely. We have an open‑door policy. Parents, custodians, and guardians are welcome to visit at any time during operating hours.

Yes. However, you have to discuss such plans with the Director ahead of time so we can ensure they are safe for all children (especially those with allergies).
